How To Hard Reset Lava Iris 349:
1. Press And Hold Volume Down + Power Key For 10 Sec
2. U Will See Recovery Menu.
3. Use Volume Key To Scroll.
4. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
5. After Wipe Data Complete Select Reboot. Done :)
