1.. Download this

ok link http://software.sonymobile.com/update_service_setup
2. instert usb cable in ur phone (battary removed).. press POWER & VOLUME DOWN - BUTTON (don't relesed) insert battery...
3. You see ur pc found new hardwear... after hardwear scessfull installed..
lets go four next step..
4. open downloaded sony softwear updates toll & chose ur mobile model
5. click next & here two option for u... (chose option 2nd)
ur unlock process start
