U8815/G300 with 4.0.3 Unlok Solution

1. Install drivers
2. Root phone with program from www.unlockroot.com
3. Unlock bootloader with "unlockbootloader" program unlockbootloader.zip
4. Run newGBKey_1.38.exe
5. Turn on phone, enable USB debugging and then connect with USB
6. Wait ADB drivers to be installed (usualy it takes 5-10 min)
7. Press Direct Unlock
